ENCREASE™ Mission is to serve growing technology companies by improving the affordability of sales and marketing activities. ENCREASE™ addresses it from a cost / utilization standpoint with an emphasis on a rapid path to revenue growth (i.e. sales) while gaining valuable market understanding.

ENCREASE™ Vision is to fill this need with a sales/marketing function that focuses immediately on building revenue, while gathering market knowledge. ENCREASE™ gets out into the target market space with the client product immediately because we believe that market understanding is found in the market place!

Until ENCREASE™, suppliers had primarily three possible options for producing sales revenue:

  • The traditional direct sales representative model — the group could be grown from within or developed by hiring outside proven sales professionals. While offering a high degree of control, this method is cost prohibitive for a growing company, and discontent may set in due to underutilization in an emerging market.
  • Independent Manufacturers' Representatives — typically seasoned sales pros who handle multiple product lines so there is risk of dilution — twelve lines, new technology, lack of focus upon product and market, etc.
  • The Marketing Consultant Model — which typically performs a market study (assessment) that is often historically based. These studies are costly in time (several months) and money ($25K - 50K or more!). They seldom generate any sales revenue activity, but do deliver a considerable volume of information.
